The Suffolk Digital Cinema Network is a non-profit association that encourages community film screenings across the county of Suffolk, England. Any group based in the county can apply to join
Network members can borrow digital projection equipment, and get advice and training on how to run properly-licensed screenings in their own venues. Members choose the films they show to meet the needs of their local audiences.
The Network was set up with funding from: the National Lottery through the UK Film Council and Screen East; the East of England Development Agency; and several local authorities. In Feburary 2008 we received an Awards-for-All grant allowing us to purchase our fourth set of equipment.
